Farmers market meeting- come join our group February 22nd

Annual meeting-February 22, 2011 at the Agrilife Building at 210 E. Live Oak; Seguin, TX  78155        6:30 p.m.      

 Current membership dues $35 annually and table set up costs of $5 during the fall/winter and $10 during the spring/summer.

The Guadalupe Valley Gardeners’ Market is looking for farmers/gardeners to join the market. If you grow fruit or vegetables and would like to market your produce this may be the place. You can only sell what you grow. An inspection is conducted to verify what you grow.

Other farm products like meat, milk and cheese are also welcome along with baked goods. These products require certain permits and certificates and are required before you can sell them at the market.

If you are interested in joining the market you can contact Phylls or Ray (under contact us on web site on contact information for Phyllis or Ray.) The Guadalupe Valley Gardeners’ Market is scheduled to meet at the Ag Building in Seguin on February 22, 2011 at 6 PM. After the meeting all current members and new members will complete applications for 2011.
